Use your promotional and administrative skills to help organize the fun!
We are searching for four individuals to volunteer as Captains – two for each town – Carleton Place and Smiths Falls. As a Captain, you will spread the Cycling Without Age story by hosting presentations and fundraising to help secure a trishaw for your town.
Captains have use of our promotional trailer for community events and to attract advertising from corporate sponsors. You will work to improve the lives of our elderly residents by networking with nursing home staff and helping to recruit and train pilots.
Captains are not required to pilot the trishaw so age and physical ability pose no limits. All that is required is creativity and drive to improve the lives of our elderly in Lanark County. As a captain, you join an international community of like-minded caring people – the Cycling Without Age family.
